Our Know-how

Until the end of the sixties, the traditional pastry manufacturing in Tunisia was realized only within the family framework. It was unthinkable to trust others for the making of our own sweets outside this framework. It was also very rare to give all the needed ingredients to someone who make it for you. 
 
The challenge was clear: how can we make people buy sweets and pastries, ready to take over and to eat. Conscious of the fact that the success of this challenge will inevitably pass through the insurance of an impeccable quality that will satisfy all the tastes, Masmoudi knew how to develop a unique and pioneer know-how. A know-how that includes all the sides: choice and treatment of the components, mastery of the fabrication process, better preserving and presentation of the product. 

That gave birth to the noble family secret created by Mrs Masmoudi the mother, in the pure tradition of Sfax and that has been passed on to her sons. Both secret and knowledge that have known a tremendous advancement, thanks to the appropriateness of the traditional statecraft to the modern production techniques.
